Belviq Lawsuits

Belviq is a popular prescription weight-loss drug to help people experiencing obesity and weight-related health issues. It came to market in 2012 and was used to curb hunger.
Patients that took Belviq are alleging that the manufacturer negligently designed and failed to warn patients about the dangers of taking the drug which led to pancreatic, colon or lung cancer. As a result, the FDA requested the drug be removed from the market which was agreed to by the manufacturer.
